Does anyone here cook, or at least specialize in a certain meal they're usually proud of making? Something like a signature dish, I suppose...

I like cooking a variety of things myself, and my Mom has kind of coached me into being able to cook pretty much anything.

I don't cook often enough but I enjoy it quite a bit when I do. Lately I've been making a lot of frittatas and wuffins (muffin batter cooked in a waffle iron) Here's one of my fritatas:

As many of us know? You've never made me one, Ben.

I am very inclined to cook anything involving variations of pasta. I specialize in the angel hair department with chicken specially seasoned with a concoction of my own.

I wish I could take a cooking class, but I won't be able to fit it in my schedule next year.

I didn't like my middle school cooking class. It was much too structural and step-by-step. I would rather experiment and figure things out on my own. I really enjoy cooking, and I would really like it to be more freelance.

How could you not think to use the mitts? ha thats horrible. I would always assume that its going to burn you when its coming straight out of the oven.

I've never burnt myself badly while cooking. I tend to grab the mitt at all times, haha. Just this past weekend I baked cookies, brownies and dipped pretzel rods in melted white chocolate for my girlfriend.

It was a good time, haha.
