I just started lifting last year at the end of the school as a junior and really have gotten into it. So I was wondering what you all think of it.

I think I could really enjoy it if I had the ability to maintain a schedule. I don't have room for it as a class at school, though, which takes that away pretty quickly.

I love lifting. I do it nearly every day. I'm sleek, sexy, and I glisten.

I tried to, but I can't lift very much, and I was always afraid of being ridiculed for my poor strength. So I tried to avoid it in my gym class.

Thats how I used to be but then i found out everyone honestly understand that if you never lift then you arent strong so they help you out and its rather nice. I was really weak and still am not very strong but I have yet for someone to put me down or make me feel bad about it.

Well right now my biggest goal is to break 300 in squat by the end of the tri. To some of you 300 lbs doesnt sound like much but I'm only 6'0 and 160lbs so for a guy my size thats alot of weight so I'm really excited for that. I'm also hoping to get my Clean up to 180 but that will take a bit more work I'm only at 165.
