ok, so my first post is about my observation. I have a hypothesis for it and I'd like to know what you guys think about it. critiques and junk?

Hypothesis: If we conduct a statistical analysis of the Buhler High students which designates “religious” and “non-religious” followed by a battery of questions that will examine the stance of these individuals on key issues that are traditionally split down ideological lines there will be a quantifiable difference in answers between religious and non-religious students.

I would word it like this:

On a basis of statistical analysis, if I (or we, wasn't sure if you were with a partner) challenge my peers to identify with either "religious" or "non-religious" and question them on a variety of stances regarding traditionally ideological differences, then there will be a quantifiable difference in how those surveyed will respond according to their associations.
