Bliss through Ignorance
Bliss is an exotic feeling. To achieve such emotional euphoria through ignorance seems almost contradictory. As an illusionist weaves his web of falsehood, fallacy, and condemnation of thoughts which are not his own he creates a fulfilling and pride invested sense of security. We climb walls instead of crossing those decrepit bridges, only to find another wall before us. The difference between those who strive to unmask all truths, and those who instead choose to live a life of constant derision never ceasing their ridicule of new ideas, is that one group continues to climb. The other merely broadens its encampment between the given barriers. This is a flaw. Even if we may never truly escape ignorance, it is those who have never tried who will ultimately, and possibly unknowingly, never experience life to the fullest. They will never know what it means to cherish life.

I agree compleatly with this statement, even if you are in a state of bliss because you're ignorant it's only false bliss.
Thanks, Jake. This has always been my way of thinking, glad you agree with it.
People do such to eradicate any form of doubt that could ever ensue. It's pitiful but...I feel bad for them.
I would call it a phantom bliss. Though you may be happy and peaceful, you can never truly achieve bliss because of the truth that awaits you.
It's still a phantom bliss. Even though its never realized its only bliss from a lack of knowledge, one could say its contradictory.
But to say that the truth awaits them assumes that they eventually have a realization...To me anyway.
Even if the truth never appears to them does not mean its not there. Meaning its still a phantom bliss...
I just have a hard time comprehending how something can await another but never be presentable.
